The BBQ Pit Boys cook up a 5 foot Gator, stuffed with Crawfish and Andouille Cornbread. They serve it with Red Snapper, and some sides of Fried Oysters, and Crawfish tails on a Po Boy Sandwich. The Alligator, Andouille sausage, and Crawfish tails were supplied by our friends at Louisiana Crawfish Co. Check 'em out, and mention that the BBQ Pit Boys sent ya..! http://www.lacrawfish.com/

I've had gator before and its some good eating. Never saw one grilled before. But I would try it. That dressing looked good I'm definitely going to try that.

Just saved that video. :D

That looked so good. I don't know about stuffing the Snapper with the same stuffing as the main course but it looked good anyway.
Those po' boys looked good too.

Louisiana Crawfish Company delivers Lol.

They have a nice little selection from Gumbo starter mix to Crawfish and Turtle parts.
Of course this section was the king of the menu.
