Well our socialist beginnings date all the way back to 1909 and 1913 with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment/IRS...you can go back further to the times of Andrew Jackson and the second U.S. bank. Both unconstitutional, the 16th Amendment was never ratified, and the Federal Reserve notes are worthless, but most importantly: Karl Marx, the father of communism said a central bank and graduated income tax were necessary to bringing on a socialist state. Then there's NAFTA. Karl Marx also said he was in favor of the Free Trade.
