It comes down to the hustle the "protected class" is trying to run to garner sympathy and funding for themselves. It really is a case-by-case situation but it is actually so rare that its only worth discussing if there is a cause for it to be brought up.
In general, I agree with you: there are really only two in the grand scheme for discussion purposes. I was simply trying to be all-inclusive. I stand by that, since chromosome mutations are actually considered a genetic disorder but do exist.

As to the "gender pay gap", I think that has been pretty well debunked, given that the stats of 77-80 cents on the dollar has been proven to be a customized statistic calculated by skewing the math and excluding a lot of factors.
Plus, all of this is based on seeing all women as a monolith, being equal unto each other as well as men when some jobs are very performance-based and awarded accordingly.
Each person has their own set of skills and experiences unique unto themselves which affect their job performances. Otherwise, when that is not the case, or in the case where the skill set is taught to them, the job pays what it pays and to do otherwise is ILLEGAL.
Example: Fry cook makes $15/hr, male or female. then, that's what the job pays. this "inequaly" only seems to pertain to the high-paying jobs where salaries are negotiated or independent contractor or freelance gigs.
I think that if you are going to make a claim that you are being discriminated against financially because you are one of the "fringe" genders, then you very well better have some proof. A doc may not have a legal right to poke around but you better have some kind of proof other than opinion Otherwise, its fraud, IMO.

I used to work in an office setting a while ago, some of the ladies who worked there before got paid more than I did, but because of their pussy privileges felt like I (the man of the office) should take out their trash and do certain outside responsibilities. I did those *responsibilities" a few times and said enough is enough, needless to say I had to transfer from that store with harassment of not being a man from some women that I was not fuckin. Never made an official complaint to human resources, I kept it moving.

There is one, but its much smaller than they claim and there are reasons.
Men, in general. work longer hours, take less vacations, take the more dangerous jobs, take less time off to have children (in general, we don 't) and take jobs in STEM fields. To be honest, women only give a shit about the higher-paying jobs. You don't see these chicks complaining that there aren't enough women washing windows of skyscrapers, doing HVAC jobs or working on oil rigs. You only hear them complain about there not being enough women in the boardrooms. In other words, they don't want equal pay; they want to be your boss. Women ask for fewer raises, too. They want big daddy government to make it so they don't have to negotiate for salaries.
Pay equality does not mimic how it is in nature. You are on an island with another women, she will seek to have sex to create a pair bond that will ensure her survival instinctively. This is why women turn to prostitution.
