Of course not. Though Ive been told Biden is known for implulsive stops, whether it is Biden or Trump the secret service has to vet the people, secure the area, speak with local officials to shut down streets etc. Biden told us upfront he had received a letter about student loan forgiveness and how it helped one family. They met so they could speak in person. Trump tried to make it seem like he just happened to make a stop and a bunch of random black folk who looooovvvved Trump just happen to be there to cheese into the camera and sing his praises.

Listen BROTHERRRRRR...Her physical appearance has nothing to do her being among local GOP activists that pre-arranged, with the Trump campaign, the photo-op, which was made to appear that Trump shows up at a random spot in Atlanta and gets love random from "customers", which were actually GOP campaign workers or also known as Nonprofessional Actors.

Like I said earlier, he will get his 8 to 10% of the Black vote that he campaigns for, just like the last General Election, given he even makes it to October but we'll see.
