Commissioner Natalie Hall’s former chief of staff, Calvin Brock says she fired him for refusing to have an exclusive, romantic relationship with her.
The 67-page order stems from an August hearing Channel 2 Action News attended in which Brock testified Hall stalked him and even put trackers on his cars.

“Central to this case is Brock’s contention that Hall planted covert surveillance devices in his personal vehicles to listen to his conversations with other women and track his location,” the judge noted.

Niggas made the downtown Racetrac their public hangout.

GSU Students were getting caught in the crossfire.

You can't even do business cause of these niggas. World class university but they just come to stunt for the girls or shoot at rival gangs (I don't use the term opps).

Kids didn't have access to guns in this level when I grew up, where I grew up. Only a couple bad seeds and we kept our distance from them...us that were going places after high school.

I always hear that... then I look at the gun violence/murder rates from the 70's through the early 00's and it never seems to line up. I've been here long enough to remember what Atlanta was like in the 90's and a ton of youngins had guns then just like they do now. Access isn't the issue.. it's just the fact that it's no longer in a few different areas. The foolish go where they please and take their foolishness with them. Kinda like how none of those robbings/shootings in Buckhead are by people that actually live there. Hell one of my little cousins that went to Tri Cities introduced us to a whole book bag full of guns..and I think we were in the 10th grade.

As I stated, this shit wasn't the norm WHEN and WHERE I grew up. We ain't all from Tri Cities.

I think it's terrible that so many kids do grow up with gun violence being the norm.

It used to be people wanted to move to smaller cities for a better life away from that stuff. Now as you stated it's everywhere. And these kids are vicious with no regard for themselves or others.

Haven't been since the 90's ... I see no reason to ever go back :dunno: :smh:
No, I’m going to keep it real the gun laws from the Republicans in this state made this possible so I don’t wanna hear a word from them Assholes.

It's not the norm for plenty of folks NOW depending on where they live... that was the point. And most of my family is in Central GA in a town of 50K. I'm still young enough to remember what that little town was like when crack hit. Shootings on shootings on top of shootings. It's still the same type of folks it's always been. It's just that now, all of those folks that were packed into Bowen Homes or Thomasville Heights or Hollywood Courts are spread out all over the metro... these are their kids.

The mentality took over Clayton County in record time soon after all the projects were closed and that thought process went viral. Also, their music is far more violent than anything we had. These kids absorb that drill music shit and try to live it just like niggas was walking around with their clothes on backwards like Kris Kross. Doesn't exactly help that guns are about as difficult to get as a soda here either.

With that said, there are still certain parts of the metro where niggas know not to take this type nonsense. Places like Douglas County will hide you if you're on some bullshit. When those fools shot up that birthday party out there last year, they had them locked up within the week. On top of that, the HOA hit the folks that hosted the party with a wild ass fine. 5 figures if I remember right. Then they had that thing at the mall where all those kids got into a brawl and every single time I've rode past that bitch on the way back from Bham there's police tahoes just posted all around it. There's still many places around here where they just ain't gonna tolerate it. Others? Not so much.

Watch 6 flags pull out like the downtown Racetrac did. At some point it doesn't make business sense to continue.

5 to 600 kids or whatever the true number was brawling on day one of 6 flags season? Yeah I wouldn't take my kids there or allow them to go anymore.

I am sadden by the events that happened at Six Flags but if they pull out of Georgia….oh fucking well.

Let’s not forget that Atlanta was the murder capital in the early 90’s. I lost a couple of folk back then, however shit was centralized to certain neighborhoods Like little Vietnam, Adamsville and John Hope, Techwood etc. Most new people who’ve moved here think this shit has just happened over night. All that to be said keep your kids in check and talk to them, find out who their friends are.

I should have said we ain't all from Atlanta. Where I grew up this was almost unheard of. But that's a day and time long gone even back home.
