where does the money go? is it actually helping the homeless people in the city? how much is deposited into those yearly? Atlanta isnt the only city doing this but i just happened to notice those when i was there a few weeks ago.
My first time in atlanta i took the bus from SC and a homeless man walked me from the bus station to my hotel then asked me since he helped me could i help him.
