ATL Weekend Getway?

Whats up my fellow BGOL fam and especially those in the ATL.
The Mrs and I are flying to Atlanta next weekend 03/02/07-03/05/07
for a weekend getaway and to visit her sister. Last time we was there we
had so much fun we seriously thought about moving there.

We checked out Dymes, Bellbottoms, Dugans & Club 112 it was a couple
years ago but I remember Baby from Cash Money Millionaires was hosting
a party or celebrating his B-Day or some shit. We also partied till
like 6 in the morning at this after party spot that was converted from a garage to a cool lil' after hours
juke joint that served drinks, food and played good music too.

My question is this since that was a lil' over two years ago. Whats cracking
in ATL right now. I really aint into the strip club thing
"I seriously I just never saw what all the fuss was about" but thats just me
Besides her sister lives basically across the street from Strokers.
Anyone know any cools ass, laid back spots for the grown and sexy.​

Like I said "WE ALMOST MOVED THERE" we could'nt based our decision
and uproot our family on one fun filled weekend. Besides it would have
been too much of a hassle to move to another city. We moved from Chicago
to Minneapolis and it took us years to finally get established. I did however
find the real estate market attractive a 4 bedroom home here in Minneapolis
is damn near if not twice as much as a 4 bedroom home in Atlanta.​

We aint into nothing spectacular, we just like to have
fun on some grown folk type shit. Dont get me wrong
I dont mind getting "crunk" either but its only so much
raise the roof, rah rah type shit a brotha can stand.

Being were from Chicago you know we gotta get our step on.
We also enjoy a good time in a safe, drama free, no shots fired, laid
back, good music, good people enviroment. So any spots like
that we all up in that joint. I like Atlanta it's kinda like a down south
Chicago. I swear to GOD when I told my peeps up here they had
a spot where you can rent rims, mufuckas thought I was bullshitting

Im gonna have to second that motion, I had to learn how to drive from Stone Mountain to Downtown ATL using only side streets due to the traffic out here.
