The problem with your theory is that place is and always has been patrolled by the police. As I pointed out twice before, there's a substation one block over. And the majority of the police that patrol that area are black. So no, that won't happen..at all.

If a security guard bans you off a property and you come back on that's trespassing which is breaking the law...and if you think drug activity aint going on in that building like i said you're naive....How about just not coming back on the property once you've been banned or...or...When asked to leave 20 times you...leave
As a person in law enforcement I can tell you aint nobody trying to fill out paperwork and show up in court for trespassing at a hood mall
i know you're not saying he is close to a panther however you have to show the huge difference between 1 person acting aggressive to move the stuff out of the neighborhood and a whole group and community casting it out.
