I don't usually fuck with smooth jazz; however, there was this nice place off ponce de leon called Two Urban Licks, they had some live jazz (I'm not sure if its all the time) and I enjoyed it. Atmosphere is nice, but be prepared to drop some Ruth's Chris paper.
where is the High Museum and Cafe 290 located?
The High Museum is in Midtown on P'tree St. before you hit 14th St.
Cafe 290 is in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd. and Hildebrande. I thought the place was too small. My hips was knockin' tables over.

And between April and September, Centennial Park has Wind Down Wednesdays which is very nice. Atlantic Station does something similar on a smaller scale too.
