Ashley Judd trying to get a man fired for giving her compliments

? sweetheart. that's a nice dress. she never said how or where did he touch her. depending on how he touched her that's different. the other shit smfh.

yea if he did actually touch her, dude is outta line..

but this is something you would really have to witness for yourself..

Im sure the dude in question has a completely different series of events...

but many a times I personally witnessed in airports... passengers going out their way to look down on people, as if they are some type of royalty....

I seen trash talk down to customer service as if they were pieces of shit..

I also seen customer service talk down to people so its just one of them situations where a video of the incident would answer a lot of questions..

it seems like she felt that dude was not on her level and should not have been talking to her..

At this time, I have no interest to hear the video. Based on the comments alone, I will say that there are plenty of women who don’t understand what sexual harassment is. It seems like the dress comment made her feel objectified IN THAT SITUATION but I think for things like that to qualify as sexual harassment....
-it would need to be a continuous occurance thus creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Because people can be uptight and backstabbing, I’ve made it a rule to rarely compliment women I’ve worked with based on looks. Eventually I will once I’ve started to get to know the person but even then, what I say is filtered.

Last, brothers need to not hate on feminism for something like this. Hate on feminism for not speaking on the inequality of ALL women bc a lot times, feminist will leave out women of color. Actual feminism means that our mothers, sisters, aunts, and all women in our lives are treated as equals to men. They are paid the same rates as men for doing the same work. They have they same rights as men. It means that if your daughter grows up and is blessed with success, she will have the option to lead her life how she chooses and not be dependent on someone else to feed, clothe, shelter her....unless she wanted that.

There are many different branches of feminism. Overall, my view is that modern feminism, is an authoritarian movement.

Feminism has long ago stopped being about fairness. The name of the movement explains you what is it about anyway. If they wanted fairness they would call themselves egalitarianism, not feminism. What modern feminists want, is to have both the advantages of being a man and being a woman, with no consequences or responsibility. A utopia such as this can never be realized.

If you know or feel that someone is purposely fucking with you what would you do? She let the man know from the beginning that she wasn't feeling him and he continued to do things that he knew was bothering her, that's harassment.

This guy didn't like her telling him not to call her sweetheart so he decides to fuck with her, which is harassment. He knew it bothered her so he continued to do it, he's telling her fuck what you want what are you going to do about it. Put yourselves in her position, someone is purposely fucking with you and you know it, none of you guys that are complaining about her would tolerate that type of blatant disrespect but you're telling her she should.

Sweetheart, honey, love, Beautiful, etc is said all day long sometimes unknowingly. I’ve caught myself having to not say it, especially when I worked with elementary school kids. Not saying it’s the same in this case because no way for us to know if this was an unpretentious old man or a creepy dude.

He said nice dress?!?! Is that what we are going to call sexism and sexual harassment now? It could have been an attempt to make up for the sweetheart comment.

He touched her, how? Her being so vague leads me to believe it was the touch that happens when you are in the airlines. Have had airline folks touch your back like please move along or step this way. Not saying it’s right or wrong but she left that too open to interpretation as if he ‘grabbed her by the pussy’

My issue is this is your ‘first live post’ and you make it seem as if you are part of the #metoo movement but this loose leaf story doesn’t seem to hold much weight.

Attention seeking.

she said im not sweetheart. i'm your client. that's all. having a nice dress is harassment? she said he touch her. that is something i would be upset about depending how ans where. she didn't say he touched her inappropriately. she didn't go further into detail. but the other stuff smh.

So, in other words, you believe shit happened exactly as she said it did.
#believewomen #simp #mangina #soyboy #ally #pussyhatwearer

This chick has been front and center of the metoo movement and has made herself one of the leading faces. She is looking for ANY opportunity to say she was mistreated in some way. When compliments offend you, you should not leave the house. She said she didn't see him complimenting anyone else but how could she know? It sounded like she was spinning a tale as she was telling it. It sounded like she was blowing shit out of proportion. He could have nervously bumped into her. That would be touching. She didn't even say. If he had grabbed her or touched her somewhere inappropriate, it would have been the first thing out of her mouth. She is a key player in MeToo.
So fuck outta here white knighting for this bitch.

Only one person in this thread has said I'd like to hear his side of the story, everyone else is assuming that what she said is true and they're still saying she's wrong. You wouldn't put up with such blatant disrespect, why should she?

OK hold on

if dude TOUCHED her..inappropriately then yeah he need to be fired.

But something just seems OFF about her story, wouldn't you LEAD with that? And say WHERE he touched you too?

He probably grazed her hand as she was handing him her bag...

But yeah not leading with the most important part is telling.

"Oh and lastly, there's a bomb planted in this room set to go of in an hour.....55 minutes ago."

Thank for getting to the pressing item first bitch.

Because it seems like grandstanding. If dude was in the wrong CHECK HIS ASS there, get with his management if need be, and keep it moving.

She felt it was face book live worthy that she too...is a victim. Which comes off as heavy handed and self righteous.

Sorry Doug, but anything out of Ashley Judd's mouth is to be treated with suspicion in my book. She is a woman with an agenda and it is an agenda that is not unbiased, therefore, in my book, she is suspect in everything she says. As has been stated, if this were a real harassment issue, she should have gone to the police. Instead, she took the first opportunity to display victimhood in the name of her cause, as if to say "see - I told you they are like this."
I know she probably went through some shit with Weinstein but I also know that she still has yet to get paid from it, so she has to keep her victimhood status intact. AGENDA.
So, go preach that allyboy shit on Lipstick Alley or somewhere. If these chicks had it their way, we wouldn't even be able to look at them without their permission. They want to institute a level of social discrimination that we haven't seen since the days of sumptuary laws.

@Owes thanks! I’ll look more into feminism.

In my view, feminism has done enough in Europe and in America, they should now concentrate on Afghanistan (Good Luck) and other 3rd world countries (Good Luck).

Though all modern feminist claim it, feminism today doesn't have anything to do with the original movement. To be honest, back in that 1900s, I'd support feminism for the equality of both gender. Today ,it'S just women reclaiming MORE privileges, complaining about childish things that don't matter at all and effeminate men with no self-respect.

There's a huge turnabout right now. Men require higher status to attract women. It's just the way it is. Women do not respect those beneath.. or even equal to them.. They... can't. They can't open their legs for a creature who ONLY equals them. They want a master.. a winner, an alpha, not an equal.

Dogs you on point!

Stop complimenting women dammit! Be strictly professional.
It seems to be a hard thing for us men to do.

See this is where the problem lies with women in the workforce. If a woman likes you she's not going to take your compliment as harassment ... but the second she doesn't she WILL.

Nowadays bro, I do not care who likes me or not. I will treat females at work as if they were men. I came back to work recently after a year off and I see a bunch of sexual jokes and innuendos from the women going on, things were not so blatant before. I have no idea what the deal is but #NotMe and my paycheck!

If a girl said nice sneakers or nice shirt or you smell good or called me sweety are they sexually harassing me? Maybe they actually like the wardrobe im wearing or the scent I have on without it being sexual in nature and visa versa

That is not my point. One must adapt to the period of time they live in. If you have a fast food joint job and could not care less losing it then by all means go and fight for your rights to compliment women.
True story, my own cousin lost his biochemical career because he told a female coworker she sounded like an island girl. She went to HR and said he made her uncomfortable because he was fantasizing about her.
He was fired and could not find a job in field anywhere in the country.
Unfair and stupid, hell yes, a degree and career destroyed most def. And that was way before all this hoopla going on.

You want to chance your life and revenue or your family well being on your charm, good luck!

Based off her fucked up looking face he was probably trying to be nice, like when you tell a handicap person they are doing a good job.

:roflmao::roflmao2::giggle::lol:

IF those alleged events occurred, he fucked up, responding to her "I'm your client" statement with a touch and complimenting the dress instead of keeping it moving. Why risk your paper on a shrewd attitude bitch with a face that looks like an experimental project?

IF (truth and facebook live testimony don't necessarily go hand in hand) what she's saying true, he brought that on himself.

Either way, I'd need to see video footage of said event with the many bandwagon riders seeking attention.

That’s EXACTLY what you would do: start with the alleged assault, not the harmless flirtation. She’s definitely lying.

White women have this truly disgusting habit of empowering themselves by engaging in self-victimization. Cats need to leave them the fuck alone.
