Para adobar el pollo/ To season the chicken:
• 2 lbs chicken hips / chicken thighs
• 1 CDA ADOBO / tbsp adobo
• 2 Cdas Sofrito / tbsp sofrito
•1 cda ajo/ tbsp garlic
** place the chicken after marinated in 2 1/2 cups of water. Cook high fire until it starts to boil, then lower the temperature to the medium high, continue cooking until the chicken is cooked and tender / place the baked chicken in 2 1/2 cups of water. Cook on high heat until it's starting, then lower heat to medium high, continue to cook until chicken is strung and tender.
For the stew / for the stew:
2 Cdas of sofrito / tbsp of sofrito
1 cda de ajo/ tbsp of garlic
1/2 green pepper / green pepper
1/2 Red Pepper / red pepper
1 oz cilantro
1 CDA CHICKEN CUBE / Chicken Bouillon
1 small onion / small onion
1 CDA Olive Oil / tbsp olive oil
2 Envelopes of seasoning / 2 Packets of seasoning

** COOK 2 Cups of rice to make white rice. Let yourself cool down before you incorporate with the chicken stew.
