Shit is well over a million views, and niggas trying to clown. They did not give the video to TMZ someone else did. They edited it. Once TMZ got it then it became chess. All you had to do was be on U stream and be downloading it.

TMZ saw how much attention the situation was getting and made Corey an offer which he accepted.
Correct. TMZ got the video from someone else and then had to contact Corey to use it. Then they cut a check. Why would you not let them use it? Corey video quality is bad, but the TMZ footage was some terrible streamed quality shit.

Again I don't see an average individual streaming that holding onto the vid and negotiating with TMZ.
People wanted to see that vid bad as hell and TMZ didn't pick up on the story for a couple of days so I'm skeptical that an average person would be savvy enough to negotiate with TMZ.
Corey owns the footage so regardless they had to get his permission. The quality of the footage is not Corey's quality. Probably one of them chat room niggas.
