Hopefully this is not an old retreaded issue, and I apologize for it being a bit long. Someone sent this to me via e-mail:

What do you think? How would you react? I do not have children and this is a reason why (though I do not think I would ever allow my child to ever get to this point in his/her development to begin with), but what do you think should be done now?

Pay attention at the 2:00 minute mark

If I post what I would do in this situation CPS may come and try to take my children from me.

her first mistake. "dude" its ok to try to be on your kids levels at certain points. But there is a time for play and a time for work.

HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is too funny. I heard someone talking about this on the radio yesterday but I never saw the clip. That chick deserved it. NOT because I believe that a child should ever act that way towards an adult, let alone a parent, but because she ALLOWED that kid to be that bold in the first place. It did not happen over night.

This is no different than underage or skilless black moms who have kids that go to school and disrupt classes and are constantly in trouble because they have no home training.

Every woman that has reproductive capabilities SHOULD NOT be entrusted with the priviledge of having children.

You may as well post it because I know with you it never would have reached that point to begin with . . .

The kid would have been missing a few fingers as soon as he put them in my face, and missing a few teeth while learning to address me as either "Dad" or "Sir" when speaking to me and at a normal tone of voice.

My mother and I watched this together. This is how it went,

Boy slaps mom
My mother's jaw drops open
She looks to me
I look to the floor
My brother walks in the room
She replays it
My brother says shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit
My mother says and I quote "I WOULDA FUCKED YOU UP!"
I look at my brother, he looks at me, we look at her.... We both say I know mommmy I know....

There is no way that shit woulda rocked in my momma house...That wouldn't rock even now as a grown ass woman!

Ummm, you were showing your mom and brother the clip via You Tube and not on BGOL/SOL post, right?

 It's not really about the title because my mom has always called me "mommy", but it's the way she was trying to act like they were buddies. Where is his dad?

I'm having flashbacks to the one time I talked back to my mommy. I had a crook in my neck for like a week... :(

How old is this kid?

He was being a lil bitch on the airplane.

That puttin' his hands on his momma would not fly in my house. (he needs a serious ass whoppin')

Karma's a bitch.

Stop abusing your kids.

Why don't people listen to their children?

Children are human too. They hurt just like adults do.

Both of them are inconsiderate little scunts.

Emotional scars last a life time.

And if they aren't takin care of then he'll just pass them on.

Jo's on hiatus.

Anybody else work with kids?

i saw this when it happened:lol:

they showed the clip to all the parents in the dr phill house....they didnt have to do her like that!! LOL

the lil boy is out of control...like seriously...he talks like an adult...and she talks to him like an adult

not to mention if i remember right he already called CPS on her

if it had been me...i would said...

"oh u wanna act like an adult...ill treat you like an adult"

i woulda slapped his ass back and make him think i left him there

I totally agree with this Iron. Kid is dead wrong and certainly that wouldn't happen in my house BUT if you listen to him he is expressing inappropriately some real pain and that is his mother's fault for not having good boundaries as a parent, not disciplining him early enough, and letting him get away with shit and then she probably turns it back on him as if HE is the adult making the bad decisions. She is the parent and he is only getting away with what she is allowing him to.:smh:....having said that he needs a STRONG male figure to tear his ass up good! He doesn't respect the mother enough to see or hear anything she does as anything more than hypocritical and that's her responsibility for letting that attitude get that far.

they would have had to turn that motherfuckin camera off and got my ass off his ass

OMG! I have no words. It is her fault tho, sadly. She let her kid talk, act and treat her like that. He learned it from her.

I WOULDA WHOOPED HIS ASS!! I can't even imagine what would hapen if I slapped my momma...such a thought has never even crossed my mind. Oh my word...

so yeah i showed my mom this clip VIA YOUTUBE of course...and i kinda told her what it was about and her eye started to twitch so I asked her to stand away from me.

she watched it and the further the video went..the more she said "mmmm" and then we he slaped her she yelled out "woooooo!" and then started to pace back n forth in my apartment.

seeing the anger in her footsteps...i was like "ma aint that crazy!? i wouldn't even THINK of even...man i can't even finish the sentence!" and she was like you damn right! (quick thinking juju..yeah i know)

so yeah....i would have been dead

If I would've even raised my voice to my mum at when I was at his age I would have got a beatdown from my mum. Hitting my mum would've been the end for me.

And to round it off, my dad would've knocked six bells out of me

Seems like parents forget that they are parents first and foremost before anything else. Your children should respect you.

Did anyone catch the entire show? That lil boy was highly intelligent... He could be a lawyer the way he presents his arguments. He just needs some fine tuning...On that asss.
