I've been trying to do the same thing

for months but it doesn't show up in my

"Thread Tools" dropdown anymore.

Can anybody help me out, here?

My only options it gives me are,

Add Poll and Delete Thread. But

when the board first switched to

this layout, it gave me the edit title

option, but not any more.
