Here in Buffalo, back in the early 2000s, they used to air "Hip Hop Kung Fu Theater" on Public Access.
They took old Kung Fu movie action scenes and added underground Hip Hop music and basically aired that in blocks. No story, just fight scenes and Hip Hop. Used to love that shit.
