...in general the incidence of throat cancers for non-smokers is low and people with healthy immune systems are often NOT in significant cancer danger from HPV contact. Condoms will not provide 100% protection against HPV if the virus is infecting skin not covered by the condom but dental dams can cover a lot of area! Well you are correct that seminal fluids do have HIV virus...now the chances of her actually getting infected provided she does not have sores or cuts in the mouth is highly debated by scientist, but it is possible. Its difficult to find "oral sex only" populations to fully study the odds but the current western scientific stance is it is possible so strap up just in case. If you have penile warts (and some are small as the head of a pin) then yes absolutely you can spread HPV to the mouth. However for the average person, they are not gonna get sick and cough up their throats but again it CAN happen especially if the throat's integrity is already irritated by other carcinogens. There are many strains of HPV and MOST of them are harmless but the strains that cause cancer are worrisome.
