You guys are idiots I swear... The stock dropping has NOTHING to do with Apple OR their competitors. They sold record numbers again, blew away the competition, made huge strides in Asian markets, increased their on hand cash (they have about $137 Billion in the bank right now), and announced they have more products in the pipeline and are investing $10 Billion in R&D and Innovation.

The problem is these analyst and pundits (who dont know shit about tech btw), make up some crazy sales forecasts or product announcements, and when Apple doesnt deliver on "THEIR" estimates. They turn around and report the sky is falling.

According to them:

- Apple TV was to be announced back in December
- Apple was to sell upwards of 80 MILLION iPhones this quarter
- Apple Stock was to reach $1000 by the end of 2012
etc, etc...

It's bullshit, and the only reason they are doing this is because it gets their name in the media when they make these outlandish claims, brings traffic to their blogs, and gives them notoriety to their investors.. I wouldn't be surprised if these fuckers are purposely killing the stock so they can buy it up at a lower price point to make a profit.

Unlocking is when your phone can use any SIM card right?
So long as you honour the contract with the service provider, what's their problem with unlocking he phone.
