I think even conservatives should be and will be worried about the new Speaker of the House. His tenure will be religion based policies and will fuck with regular Americans in the process. So many past comments by him are resurfacing and they are not good. This thread is dedicated to anything MIKE JOHNSON.

Open to all. I'm starting with this lady's warning of who he really is and why we should vote.

I know of this concerted effort to rewrite the laws in America to be more strict and right leaning. They're waiting for Trump to become president again and for them to regain both houses to pass insane laws. Mike Johnson will be in line to help make it happen....

Like you, I don't really care for gay marriage or whatever the fuck, but a story that I heard changed my stance on weather gay people should be able to get married.

Sometime ago a white woman went to college and after her freshman year she came home and told her white Christian parents that she was gay.

They told her we disavow you as our daughter. We are no longer paying for your college. You are out of our lives good day. I said good day



She worked a couple jobs, put herself through college, graduated and met a woman that she was with for 20 years. Started her own business that was very successful.

Then she got cancer, and before she could set up a will, she died.

Her parents, who she hadn't seen in 20 years that had cut her off financially and every other way legally were given that business and there wasn't anything her lesbian lover could do about it.

Christians try to push their ideology and beliefs on us when they think it's okay to cut off your kids when you don't agree with their choice of sexual preference

Choosing Mike Johnson was probably the Republicans trying to save face after everyone was clowning them of how dysfunctional they are. But I really don't think they did a thorough check on this guy before vetting him. He came out of no where to be the Speaker... I think moderate republicans like Rep Ken Buck will have a tough time accepting this guy. They will pay the price

Mike Johnson claims to be a Christian but has no problem with George Santos' honesty and integrity. Switching from being a Christian to being politician just like that.

 
That's way Republicans have to be rooted out of everything. And cooperate Democrats. Who's part of the same gang. Either that or a true new political party. Need to be started. That has the interest of the people.
 
WTF…..if that’s the case, all changes and amendments to the constitution should be revoked. Plain and simple, they want changes that only benefit and highlight their achievements…

The house needs a speaker no matter how batshit crazy he is. But if he got shit in his closet, that needs to come out now and the Democrats need to capitalize on whatever it is. The US will always go through changes but certainly not far right changes.

He already started out the gate with that bullshit excuse about why his wife wasn’t there with him few days ago. And also his adopted black son well, not really adopted who disappeared from the scene. Nobody knows where he’s at Yeah, this fool is going to be a thorn in Republicans side.

He's more dangerous than people think.
To him....the Bible is the US Constitution.....and he'll try to instill changes to make it that way.

Although he's all about funding for Ukraine and Israel......he'll only agree on that funding if cuts are made in Social Security, Medicare, Food Stamps, etc....

He will fight to get the House to change the rules so he can't be outed so easily like McCarthy.
I wouldnt be surprised if he's looked to be replaced by the new year. We'll be right back to the clown show on Capitol Hill in no time....

Not just the LGBTQ Community that needs to pay attention to this. Every voting member of the US that's not MAGA need to pay attention to what's going on. They're forcing religion on us all, whether you like it or not. It seems we're going backward in legislation instead of forward and in a progressive way.
