The handful of times a year I actually need cash I hit up BOA. But I acknowledge everyone's bank doesn't have branches on every corner. But that's one of the reasons I chose to overlook some of the shady shit they have done. But yeah, normally I use the ATMs at the branch. Someone could fuck with them. But they'd have to be brazen as hell to do it at an actual branch. If I'm not near a branch, go get a redbull and get cashback. I can't rock with the standalones. I had no idea they were jeeking people like they're talking about though.

Yes, some farmer's market / food truck vendors, barber shops, etc. only take cash. Some people use it as part of their budget to minimize spending while working toward their financial goals.
Also, alot of gas stations give you a discount for paying in cash (not uncommon in the south).

I bank with USAA. They don't have local banks or local ATM's. At the end of every month, though, they refund all my ATM fees. And ATM's do ask if I want to check my balance before I make a withdrawal, but I always say no because I check my balance on my computer before I go out. I say "no" and it still lets me withdraw my money.

one of my banks is boa,one citi, the other 3 i have have branches around me, boa and citi, no but if i go to an atm on the network there is no atm fee, look up surcharge free atms

Shit 7/11 ATMs are what we suppose to use if we don't want to be charged a fee from my credit union. Brothers I have said this many times and others on here have also, fucking be smart and use Credit cards for purchases if you can. Take advantage of the rewards and if some scamming shit happens you don't lose any money. If you not good with money and can't pay off your credit card bill every month then don't listen to me.

even mom and pop take cards, even at fla markets, and now evern on craigslist transcations.
