Anyone knows how to set up a CA LLC?

 What up! Setting up the LLC is not the main issue. Setting it up as a Self Directed IRA and Real Estate is the investment. I know a company in WA that is doing this and they charge about 6K to set it up and then you pay a monthly admin fee.
I have read book and I cannot find the information to do this on my own. If anyone has any info on this like books or web sites, holler at me!
Thankx! Ya brother, “LICK”

Have you tried any of the NOLO books. I have used a few of them and they are generally thorough, if you can find what you need in one. Check NOLO.com.

 So you a NOLO fan as well! Yeah Dawg and thanks! NOLO is a very good source for information. However, in most cases very general information.
What I am looking for is some very detailed information. I may have to bite the bullet and just pay this group to set it up and maintain it. The benefits out weigh the cost in many ways.
Thanks Dawg! “LICK”

Good looking out Dawg! Anytime you have a Corp or LLC in Cali you will pay that $800.00 and then some taxes if you have to. If ya did ya shit right, taxes should be a small amount.
Thankx! “LICK”

check these folks out. I know they are on point. I have taken care of a few of my people through them. You get the most for your money and the lawyer that does all the real work on the formation side has been doing it for 35+ years.
