Any decent sized city is going to have like a hood area or such where you can get skimpy type outfits. In Dallas there's Big T and there's Rainbow. Such places where hoodrats go. Stripper clothing.

It depends on where you live. If you live in a large metropolitan city... look in all the boutiques. The small business boutiques that may even design some of their own stuff.
