Ikea... always a great place to start...
the only thing ive found in my search is this
which is from walmart
ikea just has a chair similar to the above...not a sectional
Ikea might not have it all as one piece, but they sell all types of separates that you place together to create a sectional, which is what the image you first posted was. Several separates used together to create the sectional.

i really prefer it not to be bean bag...but im looking for something that looks exactly like that
i have a office/guest room/lounge room that im trying to decorate
i dont want a regular couch/sectional, futon, or sofa sleeper so i figured this would be a cute alternative
the theme of my entire apartment is chocolate brown...every room has a chocolate brown base color with an accent color (bedroom is brown and turquoise...bathroom is brown and green...ect)
so going with the theme i want to decorate the office pink and brown
