Ideanomics (IDEX) Securities Class Action:

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendant misrepresented and omitted facts concerning the development of Ideanomics' electric vehicle hub in Qingdao, China, the Mobile Energy Group ("MEG") center, and overstated the strength of its electric vehicle business. According to the complaint, Defendants repeatedly lauded its "one million square foot MEG center," while concealing the MEG Center was not operational. Defendants also publicized new electric vehicle contracts when, in fact, these agreements were fabricated.

These lawsuits pop up every week on different tickers. Nothing will come of it (stock wise).

TSLA is on fire! I was super hesitant to come off that bread at 1400 to buy before the split but glad I did. At this rate its gonna be at least a $100 per share higher post-split than it was projected to be when I bought in.

Be very weary of another crash approaching. Calmer heads sorted out why the market is going up.

People down the dollar is losing value fast. And inflation is coming in two or three years.
The saving accounts, money markets, CDs have horrible interest rates.

So how do you retain the money's value? Real estate has little liquidity.
Stocks and bonds it is.

Once the gloom and doom gets factored in with another rise in unemployment (The ride share situation will be disastrous.)
Hopefully, antibiotics that fight the disease with surface before then.

I got in at @1.7 and intend to ride until the wheels fall off...This is a strange one...

the volume almost approach 1B...insane

it survived short selling all day.
There’s a lot of speculation with this one.

Wonder what happens tomorrow morning...hard drop?
Offering $1.30 per share

Covid plasma stocks

I was just coming to type this...

Unless the fat man mentions some particular company then it's going to be hard to narrow it down.

I guess gap-ups and unusual volume activity might be ways to spot some of these tickers. Ofocourse, outside of the typical news cycles.

You have any links?

NIO will be the first customer of Intel's Mobileye self-driving system. Moreover, NIO will make a robotaxi version specifically for Mobileye, which the company would purchase from NIO. This would be beneficial for Mobileye, as it can purchase these robotaxis with its own SDS, instead of having to retrofit other vehicles with its SDS.

I’m staying focused on the biotech sector with FDA Approval plays. Looking at AQST, SPPI, FBIO and ZSAN for approvals in the next couple months. LPCN approval this week. If it doesn’t show some life tomorrow I’m dumping it and moving on to increase my position in one of the four above.

My watch list for the week (options):

BBY-chart looks bullish...earnings on 25 August...back to school time...etc etc etc

JD-I swung for the fences last week with JD and then BABA came alive; driving my profits up. I think BABA will sustain its momentum.

AAPL
AMD
BABA
HD
NVDA
QCOM
SQ

Looking for opinion.
MGM is waiting for Covid to end.
when do we pull trigger on call option?

sonia Disney, AMC and whoever-else.

This man is going to make some money this week!!!

All these are on my list plus Tesla!

I think the anticipation of the stock split of AAPL and TSLA will drive up there their price more before the split and especially more after the split when the stocks are more affordable to the Robinhood folks ... Just my two cents!

I understand pre market buying power now. I didn’t know which company to pull the trigger on. But I’m in the green with CGIX bought at 7.47
