Any of you looked into AI bot trading? I found out this weekend that Robinhood has a MCP server that you can use - https://robinhood.com/us/en/agentic-trading/

I'll be diving into this very soon.
interesting. This seems similar to robo investing. I have a robo with webull and Robinhood where they rebalance the portfolio. Webull account for 2 years return of 12 percent and the Robinhood account had it for 1 ½ and it at 12 percent. They slow moving accounts I put money into these every month. This seems a lil different tho. I might mess with it and start dropping some cash off in it and see what it does. I don't think they offer it if it wouldn't make some money.

McDonald's wants AI to price your Big Mac
By Waylon Cunningham
NEW YORK, Sept 29 (Reuters) - McDonald’s is increasingly using artificial intelligence to guide menu prices across the U.S. and some global markets, a plan that aims to boost headquarters’ profit but risks alienating customers and attracting antitrust scrutiny.

McDonald’s pricing engine uses machine-learning algorithms to continually analyze data from millions of daily transactions across McDonald’s nearly 14,000 restaurants and generate what the company calls “the optimal price” at each location for each menu item, from Big Macs to discounted coffee for seniors.

The engine has widened existing price differences for the same product between restaurants, including from neighborhood to neighborhood within the same area, three franchisees told Reuters.

Screenshots of the interface franchisees use, reviewed by Reuters, show messages including: “Your restaurant is showing MEDIUM SENSITIVITY to Price” based in part on “customer willingness to pay in your area.” The platform also contains public price information pulled from online menus of nearby restaurants of competitors including Wendy’s and Burger King. Those chains said they do not use AI in pricing decisions.

A Reuters check of prices in September on the McDonald’s mobile app showed price differences. For example, a company-run store in Fresno, California sells a Big Mac for $5.69, but another company-run restaurant two miles away sells the same sandwich for $6.89, a 21% premium. Reuters could not confirm if the price difference is the result of the price engine’s recommendations or other factors.

McDonald’s says its franchisees are free to set their own prices, but five store owners told Reuters the company pressured them to use the AI-pricing tools. A franchisee document from June reviewed by Reuters shows McDonald’s records franchisees’ deviations from the recommendations in detail.

AT&T signs over $3 billion fiber deal with Corning as data demand surges"

Sept 29 (Reuters) - AT&T on Tuesday said it had signed a multi-year deal worth more than $3 billion with Corning to procure fiber and cable, as the telecom giant expands its network to meet surging demand for data.

Corning shares rose 3.3% in premarket trading.

Fiber network build-out has emerged as a critical growth area for the telecom industry as the wireless market matures and internet usage surges.

Growing demand for data-intensive services, including AI workloads, cloud computing and connected devices, is increasing the need for faster, more resilient and scalable fiber networks.

"The average AT&T Fiber household now uses more than 1 terabyte each month, 5x more than in 2016. And that number is expected to keep climbing," AT&T said.

Fiber is also seen as a critical component for telecom companies because it can quickly carry data for services ranging from video calls and movie streaming to AI tools.

The company expects aims to reach 60 million fiber locations by the end of the decade as part of its multi-billion dollar infrastructure expansion.

Its $5.75 billion acquisition of Lumen’s fiber business has further expanded its fiber footprint. The company has committed more than $250 billion over five years to strengthen US connectivity infrastructure.

My wife has $T shares, but I just cant stomach how slow it is. This sounds like a catalyst, but I'll pass until the stock gets back down to around $13.50.

"Robinhood unveils AI agents for automated trading"

Investing.com-- Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ:HOOD) is expanding the use of artificial intelligence in retail investing, allowing customers to build agents that can analyze markets, develop strategies, and execute trades on their behalf.
The brokerage unveiled its “Robinhood Agents” at its HOOD Summit on Tuesday, saying users will be able to create an agent without technical setup and establish “Loops” that allow it to monitor markets and run strategies continuously.

The agents will operate through dedicated Robinhood accounts, with users able to set trading limits and require approval before transactions are executed.
Robinhood said its agents can currently place long equity, options, and cryptocurrency orders.
The move follows Robinhood’s May launch of tools allowing third-party AI agents to connect to its platform through the Model Context Protocol, or MCP. The company is now moving toward making agentic trading accessible directly within its app.
The launch comes as Robinhood also expands into weekend stock trading, perpetual futures, and other products aimed at active traders.
