Does anyone here watch Mad Money on CNBC. It's an interesting show. It has re-sparked my interest in stocks. Don't get me wrong, Real Estate generates 6 figures a year for me, but I've been working on learning about options. Once my RE business is totally turn key, I'm concentrating on making money "out of thin air".

As For Options.. I Heard They Were Risky And Yet Big $$$$$$$ But It Something I Dont Know How To Do... Thanks To My Father Saiding It Was A Waste Of Time....... Wish I Didnt Listen To Him When I Was Younger I Kept Telling Him To Buy Internet Stocks And Sell Them When They Were High.....he Would Have Been A Rich Mofo..... He Had $100,000 In 1986!!! And That Is In Cd's Coulda Have Flip That Money Into Something Bigger...... Oh Well.. It A Hard Knock Life..... Lol But

What Time Does This Show Come On.. I Gonna Tivo It And Is It Closed Captioned?

it seems like info for the lazy from the times i watched it- he's funny mainly while he destroys office furniture

sample of his advice- pushing haliburton and construction stocks prior/during katrina hitting

no tips you cant get from scanning google news and doing a little market research on your own
 
I just saw it for the first time while I was in boston for this seminar. Dude is a lil over the top I wonder exactly whats in that coffee cup of his. but real 1 i agree with dcdd you need to post a thread on real estate Ive been trying to break into the game since summer.
 
Yeah Real1 ... I'm interested in flipping a few houses a year myself. I have the carpentry/mechanical knowhow but I could use help in the other areas of buying and selling. Got 20K as start up money and would like to know what to do with it!

I have a few stocks Im moving on and a IPO coming up soon if you want to flip that 20k

there's a thread on R.E. buried in this Business category somewhere.
I'm on my 2nd flip this year and I'm looking at $112K gross from 2 sales. It's not too late to get in the game. Everybody who wants a house hasn't already bought one yet. There are thousands still wanting to buy so get one (or two or three) to sel to 'em.
