Video Avatar has to be the best one I've probably ever come across. But the newest one (4.0?) doesn't seem to support flv files.

I'd still recommend it. I myself have been trying to find the ultimate video to gif maker lately, but have had very little luck.

Preciate it bruh...I normally use UGA, but for some reason, it won't even load up on my computer anymore. It sucks because that's probably the best gif program out there, too. ​

I don't have a serial but you should be able to find a torrent that has the program and a file to crack the program.

I would also like to recommend avs video converter.

I need a easy to use gif maker that works with MP4 videos. Convexsoft dosen't work witk MP4 files.
