anybody know how to fix a rundll error

Something is running in the background. Do a search for the .dll and delete it if not needed. Sound like something was halfway deleted or trying to get out to the internet.
task manger to kill it.
 
I had that issue around 3 years ago, and it took me weeks to figure it out. Unfortunately, I forgot how I solved it. If I remember correctly, it could be that your harddrive is too full. Even if you right click and check your drives properties and it shows it has space, your disk may actually be full or nearly full. If you know your disk is more than ~75% full, clear a lot of space, and then defrag. I believe that's how I solved the problem. Let me know how it goes.
