Anybody ever tried totally eliminating sugar?

I lost 45 lbs the past year as well but was due to illness and was MUCH too much, I only needed to lose 10. I have managed to gain back 14 by eating lots of cake and ice cream and stuff I never usually have and even with that has been a struggle.

LOL cake and ice cream diet. Sugar is the most addictive drug on Earth and we've all been strung out on it since infants. I dropped 20 pounds not eating any, but it will make you want to eat something to chase that craving. I eat it on 2 cheat days a weak

Not a cake and ice cream diet. First my good fish and brown rice and kale etc and THEN forcing myself to eat cake and ice cream and anything else fattening I can think of like pasta, mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes etc. At 112 lbs I was nearly dead and looked like the anorexia poster child. At 126 lbs I am still scrawny and a size 2 but not knocking on deaths door. My body started craving these things because it needed it. I have already lost my taste for sweets which I never had until I got so small but continue to force myself until I reach my desired weight of about 10 lbs more. I ALWAYS was sugar free before I almost died and will go back to that as is my natural way

I'm on day 5 a high protein,no carb or sugar diet...

Not really hungry, but feeling crappy...might go take a donut hostage.

ONLY if you're doing it wrong. You can't just leap back into eating carb full out.

When you transition back into carbs, you MUST maintain a workout regimen. Because the whole point of the Ketogenic routine, ISN'T to eliminate working out. It's simply to train the body to SWITCH the fuel it uses, to a fuel further down the chain, and place it at the top of the chain, so you burn fat more rapidly.

Seems like it would be hard to do. That is because they put sugar and salt in almost everything you buy. I gave up meat a long time ago. But use to eat a lot of sandwiches with the meat substitute patties. Years later I realize that this was a mistake because the vegan mayo and bread was a lot of fat. And also the patties were wheat gluten which is a digest wrong.
A few months ago I gave up bread. And I have been trying to get into the raw diet also. Now I have found out how much I was addicted to processed food. And it is an addiction that is hard to break.
And when you buy Vegetarian foods a lot of them act like they have to put milk or egg whites in it for some reason.

Sometime I go in the woods and pick roots to use and sell. This year I have tried to grow some cayenne pepper. Something our circulation can use. Some times you cannot be sure of some things unless you grown and produce them yourself.

Just stop, you never know what the fuck your talking about. You never even did the diet before.

I've been doing keto for 1 months 2 weeks. Last week I decided to take a week off from the gym and keto diet. I ate your typical fat ass american diet, plenty of taco bell, McDonalds, cookies, subway, chinese food, pizza, guzzling power drinks.

The only thing that changed was my muscles had a much fuller bigger look because my glycogen levels were restored. My Wife stayed  with the compliments.

I went to the club, I bagged 3 very beautiful black women. Today I woke up 6 different "Good morning sexy" texts. My mother keeps asking if I'm roiding.

Today is my first day of phase 2 of the keto diet. Looking foward to the results a month from now.
