Any OLD movie scenes you look back at now that make you CRINGE ?

I had a homie who because of the girl's hoe-ishness and overall uncontrollable behavior, her own parents saved his ass.

She was 14, and homie was grown, 21. She used her 20 year old sister's ID, they could have been twins. He hit and had been hitting it for a minute. She stole something and he picked her up, cops pulled the car over and she screamed rape!

They took ole boy in, told her she was 14 and they were going to bury his ass.

Home said, "She's 20. I saw her ID. Sharae Clinton."

Cops: "Nope. This is Sheila Clinton and she's 14.

Her parents came out in his defense saying that for the past couple years they haven't been able to control her. They didn't know what to do. She wouldn't obey them and would do whatever she wanted. She wouldn't even go to school

They said the whole fact that he knew the sisters name and age was proof that he thought he was dating the older sister.

Homie beat the case, but it very well could have been curtains for ole boy
I hear what your saying but their is a very big difference in maturity between a 14 year old and a 20 year old whether male or female. Your at completely different stages in your life, it's like worlds apart in terms of the prism or lens you see the world through. His intuition should have told him something was off about but the way she acts in general though.

Richard Pryor's film The Toy......, Pryor was bought as a toy for Jackie Gleason's son in the film: enslavement undertones were plenty in this film. I was even disturbed by this film when I saw it as kid, Richard said he just did this film for the money.

I saw this as a kid, and I feel like I overlooked a lot of the overtones that were there then. Although it did feel off to me in some ways. Mainly because I think it was weirdly mature at points for what seemed like what should be a kids movie. I'm pretty sure that if I tried to watch it again now, I would definitely see it in a different light and not really vibe with it at all.

Since we’re talking music too…..Aaliyah’s debut album “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number”
I mean... I mean. I'm still dumbstruck that anyone tried to act shocked at any of what went down in real life after they just let this be her debut jam. This song always sat wrong with me.

False

A Serbian Film was probably the most disturbing movie i've ever fuckin seen.
So much wrong with that movie..........not sure how it was even released in some countries.
From a dude hittin a woman from the back while at the same time hacking her with a machete,....
to raping a baby seconds after a woman gives birth and calling it newborn porn....
to having a man and another stranger take turns vaginally and anally raping a bound and covered woman and 10yo girl......only to find out after they pulled the covers from over their heads that the woman and girl was his own wife and daughter.
That shit was just fuckin insane and sick.

This
Them 20-22 yr old D boys and drop outs stay hanging around after high school and at football games scooping up the jr and senior bird/nieve chicks
You know why, right? The value of $50. You give a $50 to high school and she thinks you've given her some money.

If you give $50 a woman, she knows that's gone in 10 seconds and $50 ain't no money

The Professional…………,, all of it. Especially now that I have a daughter. I haven’t watched it in at least 17 years.
I see your Professional and raise you a

As a adult just slightly of hitting 40, those movies are absolutely cringe now. They don't hit like they did 20 and 30 years ago at all.

Man fuck that while era of horror films.
A Serbian Film, Human Centipede, Hostel, I Spit on Your Grave remake, etc.

It's like they were determine to out gross one another with each film. And 21 year old me would run to those movies. "Banned in 17 countries, sign me up."

37 year old me got better shit to do.

Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song

As a kid I thought little homie was the man working in a whole house and getting some everyday.

Even thinking of that opening scene now makes me cringe. That was an actual child actor on set :smh: Directors really did shoot that the shit gorilla style in the 70s.

I always forget if it's fact or fiction, but was the younger actor Mario?

Wasn't the Daddy in bed with his daughter or a minor? I was young when I saw this and was
I can’t recall, i’m gonna have to go watch it to remember, but if it was that as another level of cringe to it. I only remember it being kinda rapey in the way he was trying to get some ass out of old girl before everybody woke up.

Jason's Lyric ending......

The worst part is, will not maybe the worst, but New York and Jersey dudes faking country and Southern accents. Oh my God that was terrible

I'm not mad at the overall execution of that scene except for:

Stopping the car at the train, then getting out of the car and pausing just before the train and running just before the train passes. That's some unnecessary stupid tension there

Josh's motivation was understandable. He thought Jada Pinkett was taking his brother away from him. That is a reasonable belief when you feel a supreme attachment to someone that is really your only connection to the world and that person has other options that you don't have.

The acting in combination with the accents make it cringe-worthy
