Any advice on GAINING weight?

I dont know if you know but I have been very ill for some 3 years now. I was too big at 158, should be 138-142 and shrunk to 112 :eek: It has taken me a whole YEAR of eating every fattening thing I can think of and cram in there like pasta, dumplings, cheese, bread, ice cream, nuts, potatoes, provisions(yam, dasheen, cassava etc), cake, things I would normally not eat to creep back up to 126 :smh: I went from a size 10 to a size ZERO or 2 :( Yesterday I was horrified to discover that I dropped back down to 123 and I cannot comprehend HOW as I been stuffing my face til I can barely move. I can not stand nor afford those nasty shakes. Any ideas?
 
Perhaps the weight is due to some type of medical condition that's unbeknownst to you. You need to be diagnosed. I advise seeing a medical doctor and/or alternative medical expert.

How tall are you?

5'6" but cannot go by their guidelines as they are geared towards the white mans pedophelic tendancies wanting a woman to look like a prepubescent boy :smh: also muscle and bone weight is different to fat weight. I have no fat. The fact that I am a size ZERO or 2 says much more than the # of lbs
 
Since you really don't want to gain fat, why not just keep eating alot of protein and continue to work out while building muscle tone instead of just empty fat calories. I know most women dont want to get too muscular but I think watching your diet and a good continuous workout regiment would help you to maintain the look and feel you'd want from your body. :cool:
 
I made it to 131 since I had made this thread :) I had SERIOUS hardcore work to do on my half acre wild jungle and made it into my yard fu gym :lol: I only gain solid muscle so am still a 2 whch is fine cause I dont have to buy a whole new set of clothes :-) 131 cool with me so now I cut out all the stupid cake and ice cream and stuff I dint even like but was forcing myself to eat and just back to my regular healthy fish and provisions and stuff. I just make SURE I eat and as much as possible cause dont wanna drop back below 130.
