I caught a virus this morning. I don't too much when comes to these software, which are among the best for me to download to remove the virus??? I've already tried a few on here already and they didn't work. Help a nigga out somebody.

I'm Mad late with this but try downloading Malwarebytes, it usually works for me when it come to finding and removing viruses.

I have a few questions for you man, I download one of the zonealarm softwares for one of my computers and I'm getting a few errors messages and I could not fully install it.
Every time I restart the computer I get this error message; the heading of the message reads: zlclient.exe- Unable To Locate Component; This application has failed to start because VSUIL.dl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
Whenever I try to re-install it or remove the software from the computer I get another error message: The file C:\WINDOWS\system32\vsutil.dll could not be opened.
I can't even remove it. What should I do?

ESET Offline Updater allows updating any ESET product offline, on any Windows platform (XP/2000/Vista/7 - 32/64bit) by installing a full signature database update into any location.
ESET doesn't make definitions available from the web. Only licensed Business Editions of ESET products allow the user to create copies of update files which can be used to update other workstations located in the network. Scan and clean any Windows system booting from this CD ! The main advantage of ESET SysRescue is the fact that it runs independent of the host operating system, while it has a direct access to the disk and the entire filesystem. Thanks to this it is possible to remove those infiltrations that normally could not be deleted, e.g. when the operating system is running, etc.
This ESET SysRescue CD (ESR) was created with ESET Smart Security Business Edition, version 4.2.64.12.
Scanning speed is pretty fast compared to other rescue disks. The scan is very thorough as it tries to scan files inside compressed archive and also in setup installers. With the latest virus signature database (5521), it manages to catch all of known viruses by October 11, 2010.
For the rescue CD to use effectively, you must provide that the computer boots from the ESET SysRescue boot media. Boot priority can be modified in the BIOS. Alternatively, you can invoke the boot menu during the computer startup - usually using one of the F9 - F12 keys depending on the version of your motherboard/BIOS.
The content of the CD will be written to the operating memory (RAM). After booting up, ESS will start. Since ESET SysRescue is used only in specific situations, some protection modules and program features present in regular ESS are not needed; their list is narrowed down to Computer scan, Update, and some sections in Setup. Capability of updating virus signature database is the most important feature of ESET SysRescue.
Suppose that computers in the network have been infected by a virus modifying executable (EXE) files. ESS is capable of cleaning all infected files except for explorer.exe, which can't be cleaned, not even in the Safe mode. That is due to the fact that explorer.exe, as one of the essential Windows processes, is launched in the Safe mode as well. ESS cannot perform any action with the file and therefore it remains infected.
In such a scenario, you can employ ESET SysRescue to solve the problem. ESET SysRescue does not require any component of the host operating system. Therefore it is capable of processing (cleaning, deleting) any file on the disk.
Recommendation: Burn the ISO image at low speed (8x if available)

The application scans specified areas of the system according to a schedule or on demand.

Scan and clean any Windows system booting from this CD ! The main advantage of ESET SysRescue is the fact that it runs independent of the host operating system, while it has a direct access to the disk and the entire filesystem. Thanks to this it is possible to remove those infiltrations that normally could not be deleted, e.g. when the operating system is running, etc.
This ESET SysRescue CD (ESR) was created with ESET Smart Security Business Edition, version 4.2.64.12.
Scanning speed is pretty fast compared to other rescue disks. The scan is very thorough as it tries to scan files inside compressed archive and also in setup installers. With the latest virus signature database (5521), it manages to catch all of known viruses by October 11, 2010.
For the rescue CD to use effectively, you must provide that the computer boots from the ESET SysRescue boot media. Boot priority can be modified in the BIOS. Alternatively, you can invoke the boot menu during the computer startup - usually using one of the F9 - F12 keys depending on the version of your motherboard/BIOS.
The content of the CD will be written to the operating memory (RAM). After booting up, ESS will start. Since ESET SysRescue is used only in specific situations, some protection modules and program features present in regular ESS are not needed; their list is narrowed down to Computer scan, Update, and some sections in Setup. Capability of updating virus signature database is the most important feature of ESET SysRescue.
Suppose that computers in the network have been infected by a virus modifying executable (EXE) files. ESS is capable of cleaning all infected files except for explorer.exe, which can't be cleaned, not even in the Safe mode. That is due to the fact that explorer.exe, as one of the essential Windows processes, is launched in the Safe mode as well. ESS cannot perform any action with the file and therefore it remains infected.
In such a scenario, you can employ ESET SysRescue to solve the problem. ESET SysRescue does not require any component of the host operating system. Therefore it is capable of processing (cleaning, deleting) any file on the disk.
Recommendation: Burn the ISO image at low speed (8x if available)

4) You cannot have two antiviruses (AV) installed at the same time. So if you are going to install a BitDefender 2011 product you must uninstall the AV you currently have, including old BitDefender versions or any BitDefender 2011 which you may have installed and found it is not working due to the fact that you have applied a different registration procedure from the one described in this post (search for and delete any traces of BitDefender and Softwin in your HDD and in your Windows registry). It isn't enough to disable the current antivirus because there could be AV or Firewall services running in the background which could impair the correct installation of the new BitDefender. After uninstalling the old AV, restart your PC.
5) Windows Firewall must be disabled. After disabling it, restart your PC or in case of BitDefender Internet Security or Total Security, let BitDefender do it for you (tick the corresponding box when installing it). If you are going to install BitDefender Antivirus 2011 after its installation, patching and first update, it is recommended to re-enable Windows Firewall and adjust its settings to allow BitDefender to go into the net to perform futures updates.
6) Uninstall any other third party software which may conflict with the future services to be rendered by BitDefender (firewall, antispyware, antispam, etc.). After uninstalling such software, restart your PC.
7) Windows Defender (Microsoft AntiSpyware) can be kept running.
8) In case of Windows Vista and Windows 7, disable User Account Control UAC). After disabling UAC, restart your PC.
9) After having made the above adjustments but before installing the chosen BitDefender 2011 product, don't forget to create a restoration point which can be useful in case anything may go wrong with BitDefender installation and/or its future operation. Naturally that you must have the appropriate tool for restoring: the ERD Commander Boot CD version which has to be compatible with your Operative System. 2) Choose the suitable BitDefender 2011 product which is compatible with your Operative System, i.e.: BitDefender 32 bit for 32 bit Operative Systems or BitDefender 64 bit for 64 bit Operative Systems.
3) Have the appropriate NET.Framework which is suitable for your Operative System installed in your PC before installing BitDefender 2011. This is required to run the patch by BOX 3.1. If you want to determine that the appropriate NET.Framework is already installed in your PC, Go to Control Panel => Add or remove programs => Check there which NET.Framework you have installed. After installing NET.Framework restart your PC.
4) You cannot have two antiviruses (AV) installed at the same time. So if you are going to install a BitDefender 2011 product you must uninstall the AV you currently have, including old BitDefender versions or any BitDefender 2011 which you may have installed and found it is not working due to the fact that you have applied a different registration procedure from the one described in this post (search for and delete any traces of BitDefender and Softwin in your HDD and in your Windows registry). It isn't enough to disable the current antivirus because there could be AV or Firewall services running in the background which could impair the correct installation of the new BitDefender. After uninstalling the old AV, restart your PC.
5) Windows Firewall must be disabled. After disabling it, restart your PC or in case of BitDefender Internet Security or Total Security, let BitDefender do it for you (tick the corresponding box when installing it). If you are going to install BitDefender Antivirus 2011 after its installation, patching and first update, it is recommended to re-enable Windows Firewall and adjust its settings to allow BitDefender to go into the net to perform futures updates.
6) Uninstall any other third party software which may conflict with the future services to be rendered by BitDefender (firewall, antispyware, antispam, etc.). After uninstalling such software, restart your PC.
7) Windows Defender (Microsoft AntiSpyware) can be kept running.
8) In case of Windows Vista and Windows 7, disable User Account Control UAC). After disabling UAC, restart your PC.

The latest version of the BART CD can be used on all Windows-supported file systems, i.e. NTFS, as well as less common storage devices, such as SCSI/RAID. In general, it will work on any disk device that supports Windows XP. The BART CD also supports networking. After network support is started, NETBIOS and TCP/IP protocols will be available. It is also possible to map network drives.
