The "issues" with Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua, I suppose, will be that Dana White and Zuffa are saying that they secured Netflix and handled the negotiation for the broadcasting rights deal, and that's why they have to be the promoting company for the event, and that Eddie Hearn will be saying that in AJ's contract it states that Zuffa and Dana White won't be promoters of the event
It's not information that I've been able to corroborate, but it's my modest supposition based on the development of the saga up to this point
