I felt that energy all the way over here in Tennessee. I had no idea about this happening in TX and was in Green Hills Mall earlier feeling uneasy as fuck. My wife thought I was ignoring/ wasn't listening to her as my attention was focused on everything and everyone around me. My senses were heightened and my eyes were constantly scanning the people while deep in situational awareness by locating exits and potential escape routes.

Later, I went by the grocery to pick up some items for Sunday dinner and I locked eyes with this cac screeching through the parking lot in his monster pickup. He seemed to be "scoping" things out. I was in the store on edge like a mf.

I'll be up there at my 2nd house tomorrow for maybe a week. I'm a couple miles from Green Hills mall and around the way from the Nashville school shooting.

I did Walmart delivery through the pandemic. Let it go after 2 years of it. Wanted to get back to picking my own fruit and stuff. They messed up a lot of my orders.

As introverted as I am, I still like going out and seeing people, especially beautiful women. But my head is always on the swivel.

I’m less anxious when I’m by myself. I can handle me. It’s when I’m with my family, that’s when my anxiety levels are elevated. Plus, they are not as active or in shape as me, so I think about that as well.
