Anbody ever Experiment with Scrying?

also try to take up some Meditation if you gonna do shit like this especially if you have anxiety already....you have to look at your experiences with detachment and learn to just Witness things without having any thoughts or any attachment to them...Not taking precautions like this is how people end up in psych wards

Dog it's just eye fatigue! You could do the same thing if you stayed up for a long time. The muscles in the eye will start to relax as to not let you over strain them. A defense mechanism if you will. The "images" you are seeing is your eyes losing focus.
So you tried it and figured this out or are you guessing from your eyes being tired before :dunno:

thanks fam.. i know for sure i wont like the person on the inside.. i barely like the person on the outside

Smells fishy....If so, then why make the thread? We were already discussing it in another thread

------------------
I have stared at myself for long periods of time in the mirror but mostly when I was a kid, used to love to watch the infinite reflections a lot back then, prolly still do...that "wow" feeling you get when you watch infinite reflections is similar to the topic

My reflection isn't so interesting anymore unless i am "spaced out" so it normally doesn't work

"Scrying" is just a form of meditation (tantric I think)..your "inner eye" or third eye opens during it like with a dream state

...nothing really mystical just esoteric...you can actually trigger the third eye in several ways some stare at a flame, or if you focus on something for a long time without shifting focus and blinking very little your 3rd eye will peer open a bit too...sometime your pupils get so tired the room can start to dim...takes practice but another quick meditation brain wave changer

bottom line: your experience depends on you, but it is as safe as meditation
