I walked thru a place like this when i was in Frankfurt, i cracked up laughing at the women standing in the windows and doorways trying to get dudes to come in. I merely stated that I visited Rotterdam, Holland or The Netherlands (if you prefer) but traveled the Red Light district in Amsterdam, Holland or The Netherlands (If you prefer).I am keenly aware that Holland is not a city, but a country. Having visited over 20 countires in my day, I'm sure I can make the correct distinction between city and country. For example Mombasa is a city located in Kenya, but located on the continent of Africa! Reading comprehension can be your friend or your worst enemy!

Misread u on da Amsterdam,Holland part but this is what u said:

and Rotterdam has NO Red Light district as such...no window shopping there (although as every Dutch city it does have hookers but they work in clubs or receive in the privacy of their own home).

In Holland the cities that do have a red light district are Amsterdam,Alkmaar,Haarlem,Utrecht,the Hague,Groningen and Leeuwarden.Prices range from 20 euro's (at some places) up to whatever u want to pay.

It was everything as described.
