According to the Federal Trade Commission, Amazon is still working through a $2.5 billion settlement stemming from "misleading enrollment and cancellation practices." Amazon has already sent out more than $845 million in refunds, but payments will continue through April 2027. Anyone eligible will receive a payment via PayPal, Venmo, or a physical check in the mail, and there's no form to sign or anything like that. It's all automatic.
