But seriously, has he said anything to the public about not acting fucking crazy when he dies? I mean, he claims to be non-violent now and shit and if he really wanted to be considered for clemency he would make a video statement telling people that violence after his death would accomplish nothing. If he hasn't done that, then (no matter how many children's books he's written) he's still a low life scumbag that deserves to die.

You can tell he's a child. A lot of the Gangsta Ninjas I know eat kiddie food. It's like they make up for what they never got as kids. Snack packs, cookies, hawaiian punch, captain crunch etc.

im stumped on this death penalty shit. i mean if they are so sure he did it. why in the fuck didnt they kill him then? ? years later now this cat supposedly got his life together whether it was for what he did orjust to beat the penalty i dont know. but the man changed his life. how many motherfuckers did shit when they were 13-25 that they wouldnt dare do today. i know i did a rack of foul shit. now im definately a changed man so WTF. someone asked now what if he killed your mother or father... now that wouldnt even be an issue cuz then more than likely id be on death row.

You misunderstand. I'm talking about him speaking to his meathead crip members and telling them and the rest of those gangbanging morons that rioting after his death does nothing but continue to hurt our own people. He needs to address the public. I could give a fuck how he personally feels. He claims to be trying to help the community...so let him make one finally push to do that. It could earn him a pardon. But I doubt that...I think he's only concerned about himself.

When you choose to take someone's life, you have just decided to have yours taken by the state or whoever gets to you first... When you take FOUR lives...damn...whats a Govenor to do? Let you walk eat and sleep on the taxpayer who were family members of the victim's?
It's a hard position on everyone involved and truely there are no winners in the death of the victims nor the death of Tookie... But society must have some rules or there will be chaos...

First of all, I never said that I supported the death penalty solely for the deterrent effect, even though I hope that it may have one.
Second of all, justice must have a revenge element to it if the justice meted out is upon the guilty. Also, it is ridiculous, wrong and incorrect to divorce all emotion from the application of criminal punishment. Why would they be called the things they were called, if not for the emotional element.
You are the one who does not understand a lick of criminal justice. I do. I was extremely proficient in abnormal psych in my short, but very interesting, college career.
If you did, you would know that the ability to punish those who offend the society (which all laws are anyway, offences to society) are what keep others from acting in negative ways. Now with those subject to the death penalty currently, it usually doesn't matter to them when they committed thier crimes . They killed because they chose to kill. Then they play the race and class card, because they feel entitled to do so. That helps muddle the situation. And folks like you go for it, hook, line and sinker. Then you look for a reason, ANY reason, to try to frustrate the system which has been duly installed by our society.
But anyway, keep believeing that the guilty are victims, and the responsible are barbaric. It will help us to your ultimate desire. The weakening of the strong, and rise of the truly barbaric.
