They will end up on BGOL bitching about the white man brainwashing society, and how they are being judged and stereotyped and oppressed because they can't get jobs, and how people who aren't hiring them are being racists, or how they are misunderstood and shouldn't be judged on things they did when they were younger...

I know damn well, I wouldn't hire an overly tatted person, especially facial and neck tats... I've actually turned down potential employees for that simple fact...
Not that they couldn't do the job, but for me, hiring a person is more than that... I look at their decision making process/analysis, and there is nothing about someone doing some stupid sheep shit like that that inclines me to believe they will be an asset to my department...
I may be wrong and miss out on some great talent one day... but that's a chance I have to take. When I hire you, our representing me, and I don't give a damn how talented you are, I don't want that shit representing me...
