I know damn well, I wouldn't hire an overly tatted person, especially facial and neck tats... I've actually turned down potential employees for that simple fact...

Not that they couldn't do the job, but for me, hiring a person is more than that... I look at their decision making process/analysis, and there is nothing about someone doing some stupid sheep shit like that that inclines me to believe they will be an asset to my department...

I may be wrong and miss out on some great talent one day... but that's a chance I have to take. When I hire you, our representing me, and I don't give a damn how talented you are, I don't want that shit representing me...

What happens when the music money runs out and you have neck and face tattoos? I just got back from atlanta and half the niggas walking around green brier mall were covered in tats up to their chin. Cats will be looking mad funny being middle aged walking around like that, shit they look funny now.

Many of these cats are very lucky to be hiphop and hard rock artists, professional skateboarders, extreme sports athletes, and general sheep and trend followers. At least they are SET financially presently, and many want to follow in the footsteps of many of their peers who build up brands/franchises and make a LIFE out of their name/image/championships and so on.
