Alexander vs. Kotelnik / Cloud vs. Johnson

Even thought I am happy for the young fella, and so many times these types of decisions go against us, I do believe Kotelnik was robbed like a motherfucker!!!! How the hell do you land 18 percent of your punches and win a damn fight?!?!? Oh well, Dirrell got fucked against Froch, so this one is ours!!!! :D

I can't front... I want Alexander v Bradley but this nigga lost. He should hold off on Bradley.

No doubt... He's definitely Good, and has potential, but he has to step his mental game up! Once he realized he wasn't going to blow Dude away, and he got cut, but you could see him crumble a little. This was definitely a hometown and HBO decision, because boxing is so fucked up right now we need fights to generate buzz, but he damn sure lost! At this point, based on the past three fights, and the fact that Khan dominated Dude, I see 140... Bradley, Khan, Alexander...

Shit I wouldn't mind seeing Kotelnik/Bradley. That cat Kotelnik reminded me of Chavez in there tonight. Cutting off the ring, landing accurate shots. He got jobbed but - so what.

yeah, it's just fucked up when a cat puts together a winning strategy and gets it taken away by judges.

No doubt, the decision was just:smh: But these are the kinds of fights that sometimes end up being more beneficial for the loser. Remeber the first Barrera/Morales fight. Shit ended up raising Marco's stock and making him a big star, it was him that got the big fight against The Prince. Kotelnik is for real, the fast dudes better watch out for this cat. But sadly, the way boxing is today, promoters will just steer their guy clear of this mufucca.:smh: Kotelnik/Maidana would be action packed though.

Should have been a draw. The key was Kotelnik knows how to fight southpaws, bottom line. A lot of guys from Ukraine and the former Soviet Union in general are great at fighting southpaws because they purposely converted many of their boxers into southpaws to gain an advantage in international competition. Communist Cuba was/is no different. Ever notice how many Cuban southpaws there are? This was all about styles and Kotelnik had the book on how to fight a southpaw and being a southpaw actually worked against Devon for probably one of the first times in his life. Berto needs to take lessons from Kotelnik.

word... 140 is real Deep a lot of Match ups can be made. Kotelnik v Ortiz would be a decent stepping stone for either guy.

Watching the Cloud/Johnson fight right now and I agree with Harold Lederman after two

What a gotdamn fight this is:D

My wife's almost through drying her hair so I don't know when I'll finish but I'll be back.

I got Cloud by a round. I disagreed with Lederman on the final round. I thought Glencoffe started strong but Cloud finished stronger and I gave him the round. What a grueling, physical fight. I wouldn't mind seeing them again but Cloud would be crazy to give Johnson a rematch with the Pascal/Dawson winner looming.

The 116-112 unanimous I thought was off but with so many close rounds, it's not unreasonable.

Who you got this weekend? Pascal or Dawson?

I haven't seen enough of Pascal to make an informed decision. My idea was to do a little research on him but with my anniversary last weekend and now with my wife on vacation, that's not going to happen. I'm practically sneaking on here as it is.:D

I got Alexander winning by two rounds. Kotelnik was tough but I had Devon edging him in a couple close ones.
St Louis fighters should stop fighting in St Louis.
