Airport/airplane travel tricks & tips

Still waiting on my appointment, how long was the process. It’s been a month and half right now.
I went through it. The process itself was only 10-15 minutes, but the wait was a couple hours and I had an appointment. But that was at JFK so your mileage may vary.

Several months wait supposedly.. if you have international travel coming up, you can do your interview at customs on your return trip (no appt required). Also, if traveling domestically try scheduling your appt during a layover, or some major hubs take walk-ins. I did mine on a long layover in Newark since my local airport never had any open slots

Thanks for the info, shit that customs line in Miami is off the chain. Had a 3h30min layover thinking I’m charge my phone eat, make some phone calls. Man I spent 3h 45min in line, they pulled me out the line on some random check shit. THE only reason I didn’t miss my flight is because of bad weather.

Crazy thing is once I boarded the plane, everyone was looking at me as if I held up the flight. As soon as I sat down plane departed

I don't understand-- You had a layover, like in between flights? So you just went from the plane to the airport after already going through security? What possible basis would there be to check you?

I used to buy travel sized shit to take with me.

Realized I could just direct the order to an Amazon locker near the airport or where I was staying. They hold them for three days so you can aim to get the packages a day or two before you arrive so that they are definitely there for you to pick up.

Am Ex Platinum. Clear and Global Entry. Anything less is uncivilized. Started flying business class too. My wife is treating me to a trip to the Caribbean this winter and she’s paying so I’m coach for those flights. Other than that? Nah, I’m not sitting in the back.

Any flights longer than 4 hours have to be business/first class.

Had the lay flat business class seats to/from England this summer for a 2 week cruise. Exquisite!

Flight attendant hollered at me on the way back. Even showed me her panties. She asked if I was married and I started stammering. Wasn’t ready for some reason. Middle Eastern woman. Tried to get her in the bathroom.

I forgot about that episode.

Briggs & Riley luggage.

I went from leaving Columbia landing in Miami. Since I was entering the States, I had to go through the custom line. Once I cleared that..then I proceeded upstairs through the security line. After that had to haul ass to my gate.

If you don't pay for specific seats and they are randomly assigned upon check-in, I suspect you have a better chance of getting an aisle/window seat if you register as late as possible, because they use online check-in as one last opportunity to sell you a better seat, which means they must hold on to those until the end.

Shit makes no sense how high food and ALL items for sale in general are in airports, I flew in August and lost my headphones so I was going to get some cheap ones just for the flight, headphones that are like $10-12 in stores were $30 in the airport, food is almost double the cost that it would be outside the airport

Forgot my travel pillow.

$47 at Reagan Airport!

I was so tempted to steal one…

lol damn I could tell how much you wanted to fuck that Becky with all that intricate, well articulated detail...
You had me sitting on the edge of my seat...thinking you got the math and then knocked it down at a doubletree close to the airport
I was ready to start cheering for a nigga!
Great description and storytelling
