Air Fryer Crispy Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps to ensure they become crispy.
Coat the Wings: In a large bowl, combine cornflour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Drizzle with vegetable oil and mix again.
Air Fry the Wings: Place the coated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Check for Crispiness: Once done, check if they're crispy and golden brown. If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve: Remove the wings from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
