The premise that I am contending is that companies can violate your free speech. That's false and the 1st amendment does not give them the right to do that.
Now employers yeah they can censor you pretty much carte blanche and then just claim your speech violated a company's ethics in some way or another but they can only take punitive measures within the scope of the contract that exists between employer and employee. They can't stop you from working just like they can't stop this dude from taking his business to some other social media platforms. 1st amendment aint got fuck all to do with this.
