Well, I hope that's the not the people's desire, but I can easily see these puppet leaders doing that because .....well they are there because of CACs. Not surprising at all really and that's the difference between them and Traore, he didn't increase his pay from his Captain's pay when he took control and could've. He kept it the same, didn't enrich his pockets or men, but gave it back to the people. That move alone is probably winning the kind of support and buy in from his people that he's currently receiving.
Well, I can't say I'm not biased against, China cause I am. Not based on hate for them as a people, but I've been saying they were stealing IP from businesses around the world a long time ago and now they're using that same IP to sell the shit right back to us and undercut the same corporations they are manufacturing for. You could say it's fair but I don't live in China so I can't advocate from jobs and shit leaving the US to go there.
Anyway, China's method is colonialization by other means. The go into African and Caribbean countries with this Belt and Road initiative, building infrastructure in those poor countries at low cost. No even with local labor, but mostly Chinese workers so they local population isn't even taught to do for self. But, they know those countries can't repay them and that's how the get the natural resources. They'll confiscate and take control of these airports, roads and resources as payback. It's not as brutal as the previous colonial powers just wanting to keep Africa poor while taking the resource, but make no mistake it's not a equal give and take so that's why I say anybody in African that's not African isn't looking for an fair and equal deal. Not saying Africa should make deals and work with allies outside the Europeans, but I wouldn't get too comfortable with them either.
