African Dishes 2024

Ingredients:
1Lb (2 cups) black eyed peas
½ of a large red onion (or 1 medium)
50 grams ginger root
2 chilli peppers
½ of 1 Maggie shrimp tablet (optional)
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste


 
My issue with West African food (being of West African origin), you need an experienced diner
to critique your results.

I prepared Spinach Stew the other day, but I haven't finished eaten it 1,000 times there's no way
to tell whether it was made properly. Especially after using palm oil for the ingredients. Big difference.
As much as I enjoy it, it's an acquired taste. I still haven't an Ethiopian dish that I've enjoyed.
 
I love Kenyan food. If any of you fellas are in the Beltsville, MD area you should swing by this spot

They have some good looking African sistas sliding through there all the time. Food is bomb.
