You can't sell a blogger blog legally (google tos) so you should watch where and how you post that.

Also, you're really selling the entire blogger account. Every blog you have up on that same account will be included since you can't separate 1 blog from others on the same login. If you're starting a new site, you should think about keeping the blogs to drive traffic to it.
