Actor Jon Bernthal tells a story about what changed his whole life, it's a good story. Oh, Jon is on The Bear as Mikey.

You're welcome, man. Again, great takes and it's been nice choppin' it up with you. Next up, I'm trying to find a way to watch Andor, I've been hearing good things about this canceled series. I even think Ebon was on it. It waxes poetic about the nature of power when you're a lowly worker under the thumb of the brutal dictators of The Dark Side. It's really an allegory for what's going on right now in poli-tricks.

One more thing....I use those knives like a meditation: I cut veggies when I'm not hungry and I put the chopped ones in Tupperware. It saves time when I'm actually cooking. Basically, I chop while I listen to podcasts. I noticed, the more I chop, the healthy I eat. I'm trying to up my game, HFUNK!...lol. Man, this year I even learned how to make hummus, Ethiopian lentils, and a Jamaican/Ethiopian chicken stew remix so I'm learning. Biggups, biggups!!

Agreed - co-sign. Always good talkin' with you.

Good choice in Andor. I've heard good things from fans and critics alike, and the co-hosts of The Watch podcast spoke favorably of the show and interviewed Tony Gilroy about it a few times in recent years.

Well said re: knives / chopping / meditation. Keeping the chopped veggies refrigerated. Eating healthy. Same over here when it comes to podcasts .... listen to them while driving, grocery shopping, doing chores around the house, and while multi-tasking. Listening to one now in fact (while cooking).

Right on re: hummus, lentils, and chicken stew remix! Funny you should mention homemade hummus. Been making my own the past year too. Friend recommended it over the phone, as I noted store prices were high. He said just use these ingredients at home and doctor it up accordingly to what you want. Been doing that every month or two.

* Growing up ... mom used to buy plenty of hummus and Baba Ghanoush, and keep that in the fridge and tell us to snack on it with toasted pita bread. It was a good go-to snack.

Cool dat, bro....I'll check it. I hope the episodes give a little Fak energy...lol.

Right on. Yeah - he's a good dude. Plenty of wild man energy, and as my dad says - "Some of the worst tattoos ever", lol.

Glad his life and career are completely on track after the health scare way back.
