Suing department still hits the tax payers. I'd suggest being able to sue the individual cops, chain of command all the way up to the mayor and the police union.

Exactly, but I think the government has it set up to protect their pigs, lawyers, and judges from being held accountable for their actions. Game is rigged. Government got citizens paying for the misconduct. Ain't that a bitch?

Doctors are the true heroes who save lives and they have to hold their own nuts. Pigs and DAs would be a lot more responsible if it were the same for them.
