you should look up foods to break a fast with and see what works for you..

its one thing if it was just a few days, but twenty one day, your body aint tryin to see that shit..

your taste buds but not your body..

I would do a little research and do what works best for you...

personally I would break it slowly with fresh fruit smoothies day one...

salads day two..

and maybe a little grilled salmon and asparagus day three.

but thats me...

I just know when I fast for more than two weeks and I eat raisins my engery level stays on swole..

if I break the fast with something heavy and greasy.. my energy levels is low to damn near nothing....
