I would do a little research and do what works best for you... personally I would break it slowly with fresh fruit smoothies day one... salads day two.. and maybe a little grilled salmon and asparagus day three. but thats me... I just know when I fast for more than two weeks and I eat raisins my engery level stays on swole.. if I break the fast with something heavy and greasy.. my energy levels is low to damn near nothing....
