A question to sports fans...

Actually, I've never done the brackets thing. I just pick and root for the Heels every year...... You're right though, it would be interesting to see what the folks here think about what will happen. I also agree that Dook is over rated and they'll lose in the second MAYBE third round. Actually, I think if they play Texas they're done though. I just hope that regardless of what other people do, North Carolina comes out there focused and ready to play. We left one out on the table last year. I really think the seniors (e.g. Hansbrough, Green, etc.) deserve to win a title in their last year too. Those guys had to play major minutes as freshmen because the top 7-8 players from the '05 title team left. They've put in major work, so it would be nice to see them win the whole thing before they leave...

Maybe we just create a private group on Yahoo or ESPN and have people join that want to play. I have never done any of the online bracket groups and do not know how they tabulate scores. The one I do at work is a simple 2-8-18-26-40 pt scoring system per round. The messed up thing is that it takes up a lot of my time as it is all "manual" - I have to collect the sheets, review picks and tabulate everything on a spreadsheet which is a lot of time especially in the early rounds.

North Carolina may be fated to meet Pittsburgh in the Final Four, I think that would be a monster game. Anyway, I do not really have a favorite college team, I enjoy the games, root for the underdogs, and hope that Duke loses every year (the only team I really hate).

I'm unfamiliar with online brackets too. Maybe someone will post one here and explain how things work. I definitely co-sign the Dook hatred though...
