Between 1946 and 1958, the US detonated 67 nuclear bombs on, in, and above the Marshall Islands, the equivalent of detonating 1.6 Hiroshima-sized bombs every day for 12 years. Can you imagine possible this is where at that time new developing learning disabilities (i.e. ADHD) derived from?
